I believe that the most commonly underrated trait is honesty. Really if you have some thing to say, say it and have the guts to tell people face to face. I believe: that there has a massive down fall of accountability and personal integrity in society to day, Ego is the biggest flaw of the human condition and I believe in random acts of kindness and compassion.
